I agree with the others and think they've given good advice. Adding more dry carbon materials has always worked for me. I recommend using stall freshening products with zeolite as the active ingredient.

Welcome to BYC. Barn lime/agriculture lime is safe as long as you use only a small amount and spread it when they are not in the area. Don't stir up a cloud because its hard on your lungs as well as theirs.
Do not use hydrated lime.
