Hello!

Hiya, Cassi, and welcome to BYC! :frow

We're integrating often here and the recommendations above are great info.

The two most important things once you blend them is:

1: multiple feeders and waterers, as the little ones might get shunned away from one and can run to the other ones.

2: clutter, or places for them to duck behind if being pursued (wood boxes on their sides, pallets leaning against the wall/fence, overturned chairs, etc.)

If it's still not working and one or more adults are being especially mean or brutal to them, remove that adult for a week or two. The little ones will have grown a bit more by the time you put the bully back. If I ever have trouble, it's never a rooster and always a hen.

Hello! Welcome to BYC! As other members have mentioned the see no touch method is the way to go! Works great! As always Debbie292d hit the nail on the head with multiple feeders and waterers and clutter for hiding places! I did a see no touch integration a little over a month ago and they got along great almost from the time I let them out! Very little drama! It was awesome! 😊 Good luck with your integration! 😊

Greetings & Salutations. Welcome Miss Cassi.

Can the 4 get next to the small coop/run? As the younger ones are in a protected area, coop, the older ones can walk up to the enclosure and investigate them without doing harm.

This is a wonderful site on which to Learn and enjoy. We are pleased to have you in the community.
Hello 🙏 thank u! ☺️ the older ones do have a free range of the yard except for when the dog comes out they stay behind the fence. But they seem to like to perch on it and watch my daughter and I play with the babies. So tonight hopefully when I’m over there with them, they will come over and check it out. They’re not mean birds are really sweet so hopefully they can adapt without problems. We have a dome coming next week that the nine will live in and hopefully I can get the four just to chill and hang out with them outside the dome! Hopefully that works! I am so excited I love my chickens! Oh, and today we bought two more they’re black stars, Bronxy and Lilly! 😁 they are in the house just 3days old!
