I think it must be at 5 years, because I haven’t gotten one yet (2021).

I should have added...you can create a custom title with the purchase of a PFM though the Store (or win a PFM in a BYC contest).

Maybe it is, I thought I've seen younger but now that I'm thinking about it, I'm not sure.
