Hello all the awesome people at Backyard Chickens!
I decided to sign up here after browsing the forums for about an hour.
I always do that!
I'm actually getting twelve Buff Orpington chickens myself this May, so I thought it would be fun to join this place too. To share my chickens, look at your guys' chickens and see if I can fix some problems I know I'll have. My brother also really wants to pick up some Ameraucanas/Easter Eggers from the fair in August. So I guess I can say I'll have a butt load of chickens running around my yard! I am very excited though, I've always wanted chickens, so here I am embarking on this adventure with my Mom and Grandparents (Dad is not to fond of Chickens).
I'm rather young so managing chickens with school work I hope wont be too hard, plus all my extra curricular activities. But I know I'm going to spend more time out observing my lovelies than doing that math!
