Just wanted to say howdy to everyone at BYC nice to have a place to come to, just wanted to say im new to the chicken raising thing. bought 10 hens (time will tell) from my feed store.
Have had a bird pen for a couple years now raised quail for awhile till a skunk killed most of them, trying out chickens now. hoping the skunk is detured by my improvements to the pen.
Anyway i,m 34 have 2 horses and one miniture horse, 4 cows one bull, one standard poodle, a lap dog, an 30 cats (give or take a few kittens to the coyotes), 6 inlaws, 2 kids and one wife all on 84 acres in the Texas panhandle. lol
