I've been lurking this board for a long while now. Joined earlier this year and finally decided to post today.

A little about me

Wife, mother of two. Love cooking, baking, canning, camping, reading, learning, etc. My husband and I love the country life. We feel our children are blessed to live this lifestyle, they feel differently.

. We buy from local farmers as much as possible, we process most of our meats. I cann alot of veggies and I cann most of our jellies and jams in the summer months for the year.

I've been wanting chicks for years and I'm hoping to get my chicks this weekend. I'm hoping my coop will be done by then.

Hello and welcome! I couldn't help but notice your member name is so similar to mine!

I also love gardening, and taking care of my small flock of laying hens. I do want to learn to process the chickens, and to learn more about canning and making jellies and jams and such.....
