(1) Are you new to chickens / when did you first get chickens?
I am very new to chickens. I had one once when I was little and it followed me everywhere but I wasn't allowed to keep it. I just recently hatched out some babies with my friend about 3 weeks ago.
(2) How many chickens do you have right now?
I have 6 chicks.
(3) What breeds do you have?
I purchased them thinking they were a different breed but it turns out they are EE's.

I found out about it on Google.
(5) What are some of your other hobbies?
I like to play with my kids. Currently taking a break from building forts of pillows and blankets. lol. I like to garden and I am very interested in genetics. I used to breed fancy rats and enjoyed the different colors and even fur types the babies would come out with.
(6) Tell us about your family, your other pets, your occupation, or anything else you'd like to share.
I have two kids ages 2 and 5. A boy and a girl. I have an ACD. Well my husband does anyway, but she stays home with me because he works for long periods in a truck. She is not very chicken friendly but she loves to play fetch for hours. I am a stay at home mom. We are looking to purchase a home in the near future. My name is Aimee.
