Hi,
My name is Steve, and my wife Donna and I have just re homed 3 ex-battery hens, Violet, Rose and Lilly.
They have settled in well, although Lilly is a bit withdrawn, but we've been told she is probably suffering from a little stress. She's eating well, and drinking, so she should pull round soon. We've only had them for 4 days, and have already had 6 beautiful eggs!!
We also have 2 retired greyhounds, Mac and Louie, who have met the girls (Through the fence naturally!!), and seem to have accepted these clucky feathery things, as they make eggs!!
We are in Grimsby, Lincolnshire, and are thrilled with our girls.
