I am a new member, my name is Whitney Crenwelge and me and my husband live in Fredericksburg, Texas. We currently have 9 hens and one rooster! We are thinking about expanding and bringing home some guinea fowl, we use to have 8 and we just lost the last one about a year ago! I love learning new things about my chickens and any other farm critters!

- glad you found us. I love to experience new types of poultry too. I had guineas until a month ago. Their noise never bothered me but it did bother DH so when someone wanted to buy them from me, I let them go to their new home. Now I'm down to chickens, muscovies and turkeys. Oh my.

Hey, I'm Steve Rowe from South River, Newfoundland. I'm also brand new to this site. Seems very informative. I've got 4 hens and one rooster with a very large attitude. Also have 3 rooster chicks I'm trying to give away. Grew up with chickens around all the time.
