Thanks for your suggestions. We tried but we lost smalls. :( So sad.

We still have six more and the all seem ok. I hope to never have to see that happen again. :/
 
I'm so sorry to hear that! I just lost my 3 1/2 year old Coturnix quail in a freak accident last month. Her partner is very lonely so I took the last dozen eggs she laid in hopes of hatching him a friend. They are due to hatch the end of this week so fingers crossed. Good luck with your 6 lil guys and welcome to BYC!
