My girls aren't old enough to lay yet. They should start soon. It has been great watching them grow up. We have plans to build at least 2 more coops and add more to our family.
 
Thank you to everyone for such a warm welcome :) I am learning about chickens, and learning how to navigate this group!
 
watch for predators. I use dog fencing and a 1/2 square fencing on the bottom. 1 foot underground and 2 foot above ground with chicken wire over the top for the hawks. I also lock them up at night. Good luck in raising them.
