Hello! My name is Jenni. I am a new member here at Backyard Chickens and also new to having chickens! I have wanted chickens for a few years and finally this spring I did it! We have six pullets! I have used this site constantly over the past couple of months and finally sat down to "join!". The chickens have been a wonderful addition to our family. My kids often fight over who gets to help take care of them! All four kids LOVE LOVE to help! My oldest is eleven and youngest is three and they all help! Such a great family bonding activity for us!

I look forward to using this site and its members resources as I educate myself!
