I'm Molly, from western NY, I am just starting my own chicken adventure. I have 31 eggs in an incubator....14 blrw. We are on day 6 and I am one anxious, nervous , excited mama...
I also have 4 kids , 3 dogs, a cat and one sweet man who reluctantly puts up with my love of animals.
I am currently chick sitting 10 babies for my sister..they are silver laced wyandotte, and cuckoo maran, and buff orpingtons...they are almost 2 weeks old.
I grew up raising chicks, mostly just for meat. This is my first time incubating...my wyandotte eggs were shipped...so I am holding my new breath...the are upright in the Turner...so hopefully they are ok..the rest of the eggs are from the same batch as my my sisters...a local neighbor who graciously donated them.
