Hi everyone,

I'm a new member in Walpole, NH. We're just beginning our little flock of 6 chickens. In the past (20 yrs ago), we've raised meat birds, so this is a new venture for us. I'm on the search for 2 Aurucana pullets & a Buff Orpington, if anyone has some for sale. Also interested in a Buff Orpinton & a Silkie.

You might like to check out / post in your area thread for local birds https://www.backyardchickens.com/t/61852/new-englanders-much-ado-about-new-england also check out the BYC Buy-Sell-Trade forum, you can post an Ad after you have 20 posts www.backyardchickens.com/f/67/buy-sell-trade Also do a search and check out the breed threads for the breeds you are interested in (most breeds have their own threads, for popular ones like silkies you will find threads for different colors etc) you may be able to find a breeder or person near you who has birds but doesn't advertise.
