My duck has tried to have babies with my hen so when is come home I'd see feathers missing now it's been a month since he's last done and my hen is scabbed on her neck will her feathers grow back

Are you saying your Drake is breeding a hen -Chicken? If so ducks are built differently than chickens. A drake can severely damage or kill a chicken trying to breed her.

If you are discussing a drake breeding a duck hen, then she is being overbred. Do you have other hens so he doesn't keep breeding the same one too often? If you keep him away from this poor girl her feathers will be able to grow back in.
