Sometimes new layers will shed some of their reproductive tract lining along with an egg.
Unless it is a frequent occurrence or other symptoms appear concurrently , just ignore it.
 
My husband found another similar egg this morning, but thanks to the answers on here, I'm not too worried. So far we've gotten 15 good eggs in 2 weeks, so I think the girls are still settling in and learning the finer points of egg laying.
