You have some really good layers. Comet is one of many label under which some hatcheries market their Red Sex Links, which are produced by crossing a red gene rooster with a silver gene hen. Sometimes a hatchery like Cackle will sell Red Sex Links under 2 or 3 different labels (Red Sex Link, Comet, Cinnamon Queen) depending on which specific breed of silver gene hen is used, but they are all Red Sex Links, and they are all egg laying machines. You will get loads of eggs from those ladies. )
