my baby ducks and chicks are together in a rubber tub if my chicks get their bellies wet from the ducks spilling water on the pine shavings can they lose their feathers? Im new at this, this is my first time raising chicks and ducks. my chicks are red broilers and my ducks are the white ducks I can't remember the name for them.

Welcome to BYC they won't lose their feathers but the chicks can get chilled and sick. It's usually best to keep ducklings and chickens apart. Ducklings love to splash and make puddles. Chicks need to be dry.

Hi :welcome

Glad you could join the flock! I too agree with drumstick about separating them. With brooders being warm it can be haven for bacteria to grow and possibly make your chicks sick.
Wishing you the very best of luck with your chicks and ducklings and hope you enjoy BYC :frow

Good morning and welcome to BYC!

Sounds like things are going to be lively with both chicks and ducks happening at the same time, lol. It would be fun to see photos of your new birds.

Hope you're having fun, thanks for joining us!
