Hi, I’m Kai (they/them) and I have very little experience with poultry. XD I got interested when I found a Pekin with bumblefoot at my park. I’ve been treating him for quite some time now, as well as his other afflictions.
While he’s in my care, I want to make sure he’s taken perfect care of and that I’m doing everything right for him. That’s why I joined this group, so do expect plenty of questions from me. /lh In fact, I’ve already posted something regarding the parasites he picked up. I’d appreciate feedback there, too.
I hope I can learn from my time taking care of him, as well as from the BYC community. I attached a picture of my sweet Pekin duck, Marlow, sitting with his flock mates.
