Help! 1 day old chick can't walk

I picked up my chicks an hour ago from the post office. One can't walk her leg won't straighten , and it looks red and swollen. What do I do?! Here are some pics. The injured leg is the one without the green band.

Could be slipped tendon.

Did you contact the hatchery and let them know in case you need a replacement?

I know that sounds bad, but if the tendon is slipped, you may not be able to fix it.

I think it definitely is a slipped tendon. She is in a brace and a chick chair but she isn't doing very well. I haven't contacted that hatchery. The shipping is expensive, so even if she doesn't make it I probably wouldn't replace her. I didn't even consider that this might happen.
