HELP!! 1 Day old Keets

My husband and I just hatched our first little flock of keets! 3 hatched on 8-6 and 1 on 8-7. Two of the later hatched keets are not standing up and walking. Their little legs are spread flat on the ground. I read that it can take over 24 hours for them to completely be able to stand up and walk? We have them in a bin for now with wood shavings. Is this ok to have as the floor? Any help or suggestions would be great! Thanks!

That's probably a case of splayed legs, you can solve this using a band-aid like in this picture from the internet.

Thank you for replying! I put the tape on but it just kinda fell over any suggestions?

It takes awhile for them to get used to it.

I would recommend using old towels for the first week or 2, often the keets will eat the wood shavings blocking them up, if you take the splint off do the legs stick out to the sides? or are the keets just really wobbly on their legs?
