Help! 2 chicks dead, one missing, and pullet with hurt eye!

In coop #2 I have 5 1/2 weeks old to 7 week old ducks to 9 month olds plus more. I found 2 of my 5 1/2 week old chicks with broken necks, killed in the run of coop #2. Also, a 5 1/2 week old is missing and a 15 week old has a hurt eye. What predator could have done this?

Could have been a multitude of things without more information.
Pictures or description of your coop and run.
Is it a covered run?
What type fencing?
What time of day or night did it happen?
Are your chickens locked in coop at night? If not i would start now.

The run is made out of pallets with a chicken wire roof and chicken wire on the pallets. It could happened from midnight to 6:30 am. I don't lock the chickens in the coop at night, there are around 30 chickens and 2 ducks in that coop.

It could have been anything. Chicken wire isnt the best to keep predators out of your run... hardware cloth is best. Oh, it will keep your chicken in.... but not out. Maybe a racoon? I have no idea though....
