HELP! 2 day old chick umblical bleeding!!

Help! I just picked up my 2 day old chicks and all but 1 is doing great. I noticed a hard crusty mass on its rear and removed most of it with a warm cloth, however the last part was not coming off. That's when I noticed some of the chicks insides sticking out. I used a sterile q tip to gently rub it back in and put bacitracin zinc cream on the site. The bleeding has stopped and I have separated her from the other chicks. Is there anything else I can do to help her out?!! Any help will be appreciated!!

Chick died. I hate that! But I have 20 more to care for.
