help 2 month old pup bleeding

2 month old pit bull puppy bleeding as if in heat. What could cause this does she need to see a vet?

Sounds like she may have a very bad bladder or kidney infection I would take her to vet. Just to be sure she is ok.

Yes, I would get her to a vet asap. There are some serious things, including parvo, that puppies can get before, or even in the middle of, their vaccinations.

She seems to be urinating pooping eatting and drinking normally though. Should she still be taken?

I definitely do agree that the vet is the best option. Bleeding can be anything from infection to injury and it is always best to know the cause.
