I don't know what they're actually called either but Geoffrey Zakarian, famous chef, says their name in Italian means "Only the fool (or drunkard) leaves them." Lovely little nuggets, best part of the chicken, really.Hmmm…no they’re little back muscles. I don’t know what they’re really called but they’re not gender specific lol
I’m no fool and I don’t drink and I don’t bother with them.I don't know what they're actually called either but Geoffrey Zakarian, famous chef, says their name in Italian means "Only the fool (or drunkard) leaves them." Lovely little nuggets, best part of the chicken, really.
It’s cold here too. I have had to sleep with one of our big wool quilts I made and another blanket. I miss the summer.17° feels like 6° this morning. 10 day forecast... no overnights at freezing or above. 5 of the 10 will not reach freezing for highs.

I like the cold too. The time it sticks around here in coastal Texas is perfect.I’m the only person that’s happy it’s cold. I love walking out the door and the air is so cold it sticks in your throat and you can’t breathe for a second. I’ll take the cold over the heat any day. But by February I’ll start getting tired of it lol.
It's supposed to get up to 67 f. here today with tonight's low of 46. I'm not roasting out here now.17° feels like 6° this morning. 10 day forecast... no overnights at freezing or above. 5 of the 10 will not reach freezing for highs.

Texas cold vs Kentucky cold is not the same I imagine.I like the cold too. The time it sticks around here in coastal Texas is perfect.
Nope I expect not. We can get in the single digits but it won't last more than a night. We have maybe a month and a half worth of really cold days. Those are normally in January and February.Texas cold vs Kentucky cold is not the same I imagine.![]()
