HELP- 2 year old chicken hen with loss of appetite and strange feces

I searched and could not find other questions quite like this. I have a 2 year old hen that has lost appetite and stopped laying. She's a smaller bird that was not a heavy layer but nothing for well over a week now. She is eating a bit but has lost most of her appetite and the strange thing is her feces. For two to three days they have been sort of white worm castings and a lot green stuff as well. Today there was the addition of an orange ball about a half inch in diameter that could possibly be an aborted egg. I see an option to attach a file so as gross as it is I'll attach a photo. Anyone that has dealt with chicken or other livestock for very long has probably seen worse I guess. I used antibiotics and saved a bird that was very sick several years ago and am considering giving the same to her but thought someone may have seen this before and have a better suggestion. Could it possibly be a parasite? The other five hens seem fine. Thanks!

The green color is similar to the color of a common rodenticide. Have you put rat poison around and is it possible your chicken ate some?

Thanks for your reply. Excellent suggestion. The color is nearly identical to rat poison and I have some but I checked and it is still secure on my shelf in my garage. They were in the garage for a couple hours during thunderstorm a few days ago and I'll see if there was something else she may have got into. They free range in my yard and I don't think any neighbors would have and poison near the fence but I'll check.

The orange thing looks to be lash egg material, which is a result of salpingitis or inflammation of the oviduct. It is common.Those may sometimes be seen inside the abdomen upon autopsy as well. Antibiotics may or may not be effective as this point, but could help prolong her life if used early. The blue-green poop can be common after feeding blueberries or red cabbage. Here is some reading:

That green color may be from not eating, more bile in the dropping. The orange ball looks to me like it could be a 'lash egg', which is not an egg at all but instead is a mass of infection, ie: pus. If you still have it and can cut it open that would answer that question. Lash eggs/lash material is caused by salpingitis, infection or inflammation in the oviduct.

Thanks for your reply. Unfortunately I threw the possible lash egg out. I had some erythromycin and have been giving her two doses a day and she seems to be responding with more energy and appetite!

Just an edit to my previous post. The antibiotic I an treating her with is amoxicillin, not erythromycin. She is continuing to improve and I am feeding her stuff like fish to help with the appetite and energy.
