HELP!!! 3 week old Brahma chick with string around tongue.

You have to see if you can get one point of the tiny scissors under the string even if you can't see it because of the swelling. Once you do see and feel the string, position the scissors to cut the string. Then unwrap the whole tongue gently. Just had to do this, this morning.
