HELP! 5 well old pecked badly!

Our little girl forgot to close the babies' pin after feeding and watering them and the adults got in and attacked them. The other 3 are ok but this one (Chicaletta) was hurt badly. Her skull is exposed! I cleaned it and put antibiotic cream and secluded her. Is there anything else I can do to help her?

Keep the flies away from her, continue applying antibiotic ointment, and she may heal. It will be a slow process. Such wounds heal from 'the outside in', but frequently a full recovery is possible. Good luck.
