Help...6 week old chick / crooked neck/cant lift her head

I dont understand it! She was fine day before yesterday..yesterday morning she was fine...last night when we got home from work I went to clean and feed them and noticed her in there not being able to lift her head up and it was kind of crooked looking...she was still eating / drinking...
This morning it was worse...if she tries to lift her head its like her nerves kick in and her little head is digging deeper and deeper down into her feathers and she can't really move now it doesn't look like...I did separate her and wanted to know in case she makes the day and I get home from work and she is still there that if there is ANYTHING I can do?????

Makes me just sick...poor little girl...she is one of our sweetest ones too...I dont know what to do for her!

Yes it comes on all of a sudden.

Basicallly for whatever reason it needs more vitamins than what it's getting. I know it makes no sense as the others are fine, but for some reason, certain chicks seem to get it.

The good news, if indeed wry neck, many have had great results treating them!!

If the neck is doing an S shape or Z shape, the outlook is not as good. I've got a 9 week old with a Z shape neck that didn't respond to any treatment. He'll always be my 'special' chick.
