Help, 6 week old leghorn falling over

My 6 week old leghorn just started falling over sideways and now has started falling over backwards. I've separated her from the other chick her age who doesn't show any symptoms.

She has no other symptoms as far as respiratory problems or eye problems. I've looked over her legs, wings, vent, bottom of feet and can see no issues.

She barely eats and drinks if I dip her beaks in water and food. I've been giving her nutridrench mixed with her water but it doesn't seem to be helping.

I sent the husband to the store for poly-vi-sol. But she seems to just want to sleep and is getting worse.

Any help will be greatly appreciated!

She's alive I think only because I hold her and feed her her food mixed with water and poly-vi-sol. She can't stand at all now. Not sure what to do! It just breaks my heart.
