Help a chick has a hurt leg!

I think it may be a dislocated hock. Any ideas? Do you have any visuals on how to splint?

**Update**
Boyfriend has given me the chick on account that he thinks his father would kill it or let it die.
I took it to the vet, his tibia has slipped over the hock joint, they put a splint on it but aren't sure if he will ever walk again.
Here is a picture of the little guy with his splint on.​

Another problem though, you can see in the picture below his toes are curved and he doesn't have them held normally. Should I made a shoe to keep them in place so they will grow correctly?​

I'm sorry about your little guy! If you wouldn't mind sharing - what was the outcome for him? Was he ever able to walk normally again? I think that my polish pullet has the same injury. I'm taking her to the vet today for an exam but I'm curious about how far I should intervene if my bird does in fact have the same injury.
