Help a friend out... I have 4 peachicks that hatched out in June

I don't know much about peachicks... My first 4 hatched in June. I had one drop it's wings and flare it tail today is it a male?

Not necessarily. Peas will do that to ward off something that scares them or if they are unsure about something they will puff up to make themselves look bigger.
