Help a novice

I have received 7 chickens from a person who has been transferred. I’ve had them 4 weeks and only get 1 egg a day. I know there are/is a rooster in the bunch but I’m a super novice. I can only identify 1 rooster. Help please. How do I attach pics

What color is the bottom of your black hen's feet? Your EE is probably not going to lay for a while, your australorp or jersey giant (the black bird), looks to be at POL (point of lay).

Easter Egger. Lol. The big black one is def a rooster. The other black I assume is a hen. Any tips on getting the chickens to lay?
