my 150 year old Kentucky coffee tree dropped a HUGE branch 18+ inches around and it fell directly on my chicken coop and run. The run is totaled and the chicken coop is bowed and boards are bucked off. No way we can fix it. But we have no idea what we are going to do to replace it. We have a pen in the back yard that has my silkies in it and now I have WAY TO MANY chickens in my silkies pen. I feel horrible but I even OverEZ has a two week wait on a new hutch. Should we just drive out to Amish country and try to see if anyone has a coop in stock this weekend?

Visit shed builders. See if they sell used sheds.
Look on FB Marketplace and CL for used sheds.

Our farm insurance paid for coop repairs and tree removal when a similar thing happened here. Have you checked your insurance policy!
A large spruce fell on our coop, and damaged the roof, no rafters broken, happily, but everything was repaired. Our coop is built to at least home residential standards, because sometimes we are in there, and don't plan to be crushed either.

If you’ve got the space and money and a lot of chickens the shed is the way to go.
Head to Lowes/Home Depot and pick one out. They will send guys out to build it and you won’t have to do anything but modify it to your needs. That’s exactly what I did. 5 years and going strong. Could probably use another coat of paint but that’s about it.
