I have eggs that were abandoned. You can see feathers where mom was probably killed by a fox and one of the eggs was out of the nest but not broken. I brought then inside because our nights are still fairly cool but they were away from any direct heat for at least 6 hours. I rigged up at light and was able to get the temperature up to 90 degrees. I candles them twice. Once when I first brought them in and the air sacks are large. I candles again before I put then under the light and I could see membrane veins and again very large air sacks.
I know from reading that they need to be warmer, but is there still hope they will hatch?! I'm going to get an incubator now.

I've candled 3 and they all look the same. The air sacks are dipped to one side and large. But I'm not noticing any movement while candling. Should I be at this stage?
