Help! Adding adult hens AND chicks to my flock!

Neither coop is big enough for 15 birds...any plans to rectify that?

Too bad it's too hot to leave chicks out full time...work best with full time residence and size gets harder to integrate with tiny doors as chicks get bigger...I'm usually done integrating by 6 weeks.

Yes we will be adding on to one of the coops and making it big enough to fit all of them, then removing the other coop.

It’s cooled off a little this week, so the chicks have been in the coop all week. I will spend the weekend chick proofing the run. Then I think I will open the brooder door enough for chicks to get in and out (but keep the big girls out) to explore if they choose.
