We rescued 3 bantam chicks when they were 3 weeks old. Now we would like to add 2 standard sized hens to the flock. The bantams are 4-1/2 months old now. Oh yes......We have 2 cockerels and only one hen. Would the bantams get along with standard sized hens or should we stick with bantams?

We asked that same question about standards with bantys and we were told that they would be fine together. One thing to be sure and do (if you didnt already know) is keep your new hens in a separate coop/run for at least two weeks to guard against disease. Once they are determined to be ok, then they can be introduced into your flock.
