HELP! Adult duck not walking.

We saved this duck from a lake where he was dumped. One of his wings was clipped to keep him from flying so we thought he injured his left foot trying to evade something. After a couple of days of resting in a safe area at my place he is now dragging his right food behind him as well and won't put any weight on his legs. What could cause this? What could help him? I have put him on vitamins and electrolytes for now and we will be taking him into the vet but we are hoping to get ahead of this pretty quick.

We have him on flock raiser and have fed him meal worms. I have only had him in my care for five days. I think he was eating mostly bread from park goers. I'm beginning to wonder if it is botulism?

Turns out he had a fatal back injury that was causing paralysis. His heart rate was slowing by the time we got him to the vet and he was put down.
