Help! All have hatched accept one!

Okay, this is my first time hatching ducks. We have 4 eggs, 3 of them have hatched. First one hatched about 11am yesterday... and the third one hatched last night around 9 pm...now I have one who has been chirping from the hole he made early yesterday, but has not decided to come out yet. I am worried to take out the 3 ducklings and put them in the brooder without him being hatched yet...but am also worried about food and water for my already hatched duckling. Please, help! Thank you!
 
Also the other duckling eggs are still in the incubator... I just read about putting a moist paper towel in the incubator... but nothing about if taking the hatched ducklings out... I am worried taking them out will jeopardize my unhatched duckling from hatching...but I am so worried about getting water to my already hatched ducklings.

Glad you could join the flock! I'm. Sorry but I'm not a duck person do please do post in the duck section for help with your ducklings. As with all artificial incubation opening the incubator is a risk to eggs that have externally pipped. A drop in humidity could cause shrink wrapping. I say could as this is a risk there is no way to tell for certain that it would happen. I do know ducklings can really take their time to hatch.

I don't know about hatching ducks but, when chicken folk have to remove chicks from an incubator they get the bathroom all steamy (running hot water in the shower) .. Turn off the water and carefully bring the incubator inside the bathroom. Have an assistant to quickly scoop up the hatched ducklings, close the incubator fast. You should be good to go. If you want you can spray a little warm water into the 'bator before closing. The ducklings should go into an "up and ready" brooder with heat lamp. There should be no harm done.
