Help and advise re duckling hatching in incubator

They are getting more lively. We had one that had one splayed leg and turned under foot. We made a base out of a small piece of flat plastic to put under it's foot to keep it open and flatland taped it to his foot with a bandaid. We made a brace for it's leg using a Q-tip and abandaid. We then kept it separate from the others over night and removed it all today. It's leg is fine and foot flat as it should be! The photo is of my day time brooder set up.
