Help! Angry hen!

I have a beautiful black australorp hen! She used to be the sweetest little thing when she was little and remained so until a year ago.. as of last year she has changed into a highly aggressive hen. She has stopped laying eggs and if I go near her she will try to peck me, un provoked. I'm at a loss. I love her and I would never get rid of her but I want to know why she is so angry and has stopped laying eggs. (She's almost 3) please help or share your experiences with me!



*note: I try to give her yoghurt and scratching whenever I can for egg laying, but still nothing and it's been almost a year.

So she still doesn't lay eggs? There is a thing that can happen to hens that makes them stop laying, get aggressive and sometimes even start CROWING like a Rooster.

No eggs, not for about a year or so now. She is very very dominant. Both cats and rabbit steer clear because she attacked them and all humans. Out your fingers near her and you'll never play the piano again... Lol.

Maybe her aggressiveness has something to do with it. Ugh so frustrating!
