Help! Are these cockerel or pullets?

I just got these 2 cuties from a friend. However im not allowed rooster where I live. I have 2 feather foot cuties and was told they are cochen batnam

They both look like pullets for now. How old are they?

Honestly i have no idea how old they are just that they are splash cochen batnams.
