Help! Are these hens or roosters?

I'm here to learn, and ask these questions. Just like everyone else! To use phrases like "how can you tell when their in the egg" tends to give a sense of snippy. I'm not taking any anger out on anyone, just trying to find out answers. I'd appreciate answers - not pins or tones.

What tone? I was honestly asking how they can tell the sex by the egg! Seeing if you knew something I didn't. What's your problem? :(

I don't have a problem. It just felt like there was a 'tone'. My apologies.

Thank you. I suppose I feel on edge since everyone else finds it ammusing that I didn't know they were roosters.....I didn't know! And I want to learn, and I can't keep them. I feel alone & helpless about this right now, looking for answers and hopefully a new home for them before my neighbors throw me in jail for a noise ordinance or something. It's SUPER frustrating! I need to know what to do in the mean time - what to expect, like will they fight or hurt one of the hens if there's more than one cockerel. Should I separate them until I can relocate them?

If they were raised together then they should be fine for a long time, I've had roosters who were raised together be brothers till the end of their days. BUT it doesn't happen often. You can get 'no crow collars' if you wish to keep them, they stop a lot of the noise and it doesn't hurt them, but if you must get rid of them facebook is a good option, find your local chicken sales or auction, silkys usually go for a bit.

You see that reddy colour your roo has? That's a classic rooster trait for a silky. Females look more like this (This is my silky hen):

As you can see the comb is a lot smaller and not as redish. It's hard to sex silkys because they don't really get the pointed saddle feathers (The feathers just above the tail feathers) that normal roosters get, there is a saying around silkys, "You wont know till they either crow or lay". So if you find someone selling them as "sexed" silkys they are most likely lying.

And that's exactly what I'm feeling most frustrated about - they were sold to us AS HENS. So....we were lied to. :/ not cool.
Thank you for the help! It's most appreciated!

No problem hun. It is frustrating. If I were you, before you sell him, mate him with the hen you have and get some babies out of it, then you'll get some girls hopefully. He's very handsome and would make beautiful chickies!

I have to say I think this is a bad idea. Having a couple Oops roosters is stressing the OP this much, what's it going to be like to hatch out a bunch of little cockerels that have to be re-homed, and of a breed that's so difficult to tell gender? Personally I think hatching chicks is the last thing this person should do at this point .

Well it's tempting but I don't have another silkie that's frmale. The other girls are reds, sexlinks, buffs & hopefully barred rocks (got them with the silkies so I'm not sure yet if they're male/female)
Thank you all for the support & information!
