Help ASAP! Chicks are dying!

We got some chicks on friday and a majority of the birds are sick then dying. At first we thought it was because of the stress of shipping. But now we are thinking they have some sort of sickness that is spreading. We have one chick is acting weird, not just falling ill....It is acting like something is wrong with its brain or something...
Any ideas?

They need vitamins in their water. I use liquid poly-vi-sol from the pharmacy diluted in water.
