Crowing
I have been collecting chicks from a broody who's stagger hatching the last two weeks. Tonight I heard peeping so I lifted her up expecting to see a chick, but there wasn't so I shooed her away while I tried to find the source of the peeping. And long story short two of her eggs are hatching, one pipped the aircell and the other just began zipping. Do I need to rush them in and get them under some humidity since I took the mother away? I got her back on ASAP, but did I already do damage by taking her away for probably thirty seconds?? I feel awful, the zipping one is still peeping. I don't want them shrinkwrapped, should I leave them alone or put them in my incubator and raise the humidity like mad?

A quick dip in humidity won't hurt them.
