@casportpony the type of panacur he was goven was .3mL of 100mg/ml Panacur oral suspension, does that type only need one dose to eliminate worms or does it require longer treatment?
I think the vet was only following FDA food regulations in treatment when this is a pet who will not produce anything consumable.
Is the panacur OTC paste i can find ata farm store the same thing?

the only other med he is on is sulfameth/trimeth antibiotic idk if theres interaction of something maybe thats why she said only one dose? it just sounds odd to me

Safeguard for goats is the same. There are no FDA guidelines for Safeguard in ducks. How much does he weigh now?

Some drugs, like metronidazole, are banned for use in all food animals. All other drugs not on the banned list may be used.
