HELP automatic watering cups are not working!

I have just been watching them, they where drinking for ages but not 1 held their hwas up after trying to take a drink as of to swallow any water. I habe 40 of the drinking cups i might dismantle 1 and see if i can find away to increase the flow rate. Ill get back to here with my results.

i am having issues as well with these lil cups, not sure if they are really getting water or not, they always seem to have just a little drop of water in them, i put a bucket for them to drink out of too, might be wrong but i dont want them to be thirsty.

My problem with the cups was that they caught too much dirt and bedding material. I have one of the Flock Party waterers, and I'm going to remove the cups and switch to the other kind of horizontal nipples.

i have ordered the other kind as well to see if those will work better.

The horizontal nipples I ordered came yesterday. I took out the cup style, put in the new ones. The chickens seemed fascinated by the shiny little pegs. After tapping them with my finger to get the water coming out, they got the idea and did it themselves.
