Help, Avatar problems

Hi there, I've recently changed my avatar from the Shark avatar I had to this,

just there is one problem, I can see my new avatar when I view my Profile. Help.

Reload the page until it changes. I can see the new one just fine.

Try doing a force refresh: Ctrl + F5
