Their feed is more on the powdery side. Yes I am in the US.It sounds like she's not doing well.
You mention the feed is powdery, is it a mash (powder) or pellets?
Are you in the US?
Hard to know what's happening within your flock. I'd check the feed to make sure it's fresh and not moldy.
Treat her for worms. I know on your other thread you had shown a product for "deworming" but that is not a dewormer it's a supplement.
Deworming and treating for Coccidiosis are a couple of options, but getting a fecal float through a vet is the best way to know if you need to treat.
The squinty eye and hanging wing, Marek's disease comes to mind, but there's so many things that can affect chickens, you won't know unless you lose her and have a necropsy performed.
I'd get her hydrated, look her over for lice/mites, see that her crop is emptying, do look her over for injury as well. Watch to see that she's drinking well and eating.
I just read other comments on here and realized you’re referring to an older hen, not a baby chick. Sorry. I’m a newbie and don’t know anything else. I sure hope she gets better.I had a baby chick doing this also. I watched her and noticed she wasn’t eating or drinking on her own either. She would just walk around and then fall asleep standing up with her little head drooping. I was worried about her. I knew she wouldn’t make it without eating or drinking. i researched online and found a recommendation, so I tried it. I hand fed her with a needless syringe a nutritious mixture (green tea, vintamin powder, & egg yolk) for a day and a half. She started feeling better, not drooping, and started eating and drinking on her own. Look up Chickenlandia on YouTube. That’s where I found the instructions. The baby chick in the video was acting just like mine, so I gave it a try. Thankfully because it saved her. Hope this helps your baby chick too.
Oh, I didn't realize she has always had the squinty eye and balance issue.Their feed is more on the powdery side. Yes I am in the US.
She has always had squinty eyes, since she was born. She has always been “weird” and she spins in circles all the time. She doesn’t have great balance but she has always been like that since we have had her. Sometimes she can’t calculate her jumps, and maybe that could have resulted in hurting her wing?
I change her water out everyday and I will make sure to check for mites. I will keep a closer look on her.

Ok, yeah I will look into the vitamins to give rhe hen.Oh, I didn't realize she has always had the squinty eye and balance issue.
Could be a developmental, genetic or neurological issue. Still hard to know.
I'd try vitamin therapy to see if that makes any difference. Give her 400IU Vitamin E and 1/4 tablet B-Complex daily along with some egg which will help with the uptake of E.
If layer feed is all you have, then continue to feed that, if it's powdery and the birds don't eat it well, try offering it as a wet feed.
