Only 4 have so there are quite a few eggs still left to be hatched...I tried moving them well before they were due to a lower area in the coop and mama hen didn't like it and abandon them and moved back to the top nest so I move the eggs again to the top nest and left her there with them. Now what should I do? Should I move them now so there are quite a few eggs still left to be hacked… I tried moving them well before they were due to a lower area in the cube and mama in didn't like it and abandon them and moved back to the top nest so I move the eggs again to the top nest and left her there with them. Now what should I do? Should I move them now or wait? I'm afraid they are gonna fall out!

Good idea! Another question: what day do I give up on the others hatching?

You can also easily put a barrier across the opening of the box to prevent any accidental falls during the time she is still setting to hatch remaining eggs.
Mama bird will tell you when she is ready to give up - she will leave the nest and any unhatched eggs and go off to tend to her new family. They will usually do this within a couple of days of the first hatch as they know that the first chicks out will be needing to start eating/drinking.

Oh good!! I put up a barrier that closes the bottom half of the opening... But the box is so small that I was concerned about babies and momma needing water and food...

I'm so excited yall! This is my first batch of babies!!
